Overseas shipping prices are for standard air mail only. Please email us for further information.

Sherlock Soaps is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information is used to process your Sherlock Soaps orders.

We do not pass on any of your personal details to any one else or any other organisation. All your details remain confidential.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your product we will exchange or refund your money (less postage costs).

All returned products must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Undamaged
  • Returned within 7 working days of delivery with receipt
  • In a saleable condition upon return

We will only refund the cost of the product and not for postage.

If you would like to exchange an item, please include a prepaid self addressed envelope for the replacement item.
